Salt but better. This is a thoughtful blend of the same botanicals we use in our London Dry Gin. Perfect as a finishing salt, on your steak, chicken or roast vegetables. Use it as a normal salt for enhanced flavour or be a bit cheeky and use it for cocktails!
Gin botanicals salt is simple with 4 ingredients, Himalayan Pink Salt, Juniper, Coriander and Cardamom.
Used in house on the Sunday lamb roast and hot chips at our Cellar Door Troopers Rest.
