This gin is Juniper-forward, offering a bright and balanced blend of spice and citrus through a careful distillation of Juniper, Coriander, Cardamom, Angelica Root and Orange Peel. It is clean, aromatic and full of character, delivering the timeless flavour expected from a true London Dry Gin.

What makes this bottle even more meaningful is its purpose. From every bottle sold, Hold Fast Distillery will donate $20 to Project Independence, a not-for-profit organisation helping people living with intellectual disability achieve greater independence, long-term accommodation, financial security and a pathway towards home ownership.

Project Independence provides a unique supported living model where residents can build confidence, develop life skills, live more independently and acquire equity in their own home. Their work is built around dignity, choice, community and the belief that everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
