The hint of juniper makes this seasoning unique and a perfect match for any pork or vegetable dishes. This seasoning is used in our restaurant Troopers Rest. It is used on grilled vegetables, beef, chicken and lamb.
Using the aromatic gin botanical profile from our London Dry gin, this gives The Navigator a well balanced flavour profile that can be enjoyed as an alternative for salts.
Ingredients include Himalayan Pink Salt, Brown Sugar, Juniper, Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Rice Flour, Mild Chilli Powder and Cardamom.
